How to Submit a Booking Request on Scritches
To avoid being asked to fill out the new‑client paperwork again, please make sure you are signed into your Pet Parent Portal before booking.
If you can’t find your login link, just send us a message, and we’ll resend it.
On our main booking page, tap the big green Book Now button.
Select the service you’d like to schedule.
You’ll be taken to a calendar. Select the dates you need care.
After selecting your dates:
House sitting → enter arrival and departure times
Drop‑ins or dog walking → choose your preferred time slot
If this is your first time booking with us, you’ll be prompted to complete the new‑client intake paperwork.
Use the Additional Notes section to include any specific timing details or special requests.
Click the green Send Booking Request button.
You’ll receive:
A confirmation that your request was submitted
A second email once your booking is officially approved
An invoice email
Payment is required to reserve your spot.
Please submit payment as soon as possible, and no later than two weeks before the start of your booking.
If your booking begins in less than two weeks, payment is due immediately.
